Kosong Satu Group is currently looking for a highly experienced Accounting Manager. We’re a leading financial services consultancy in the thriving Bali marketplace. You will have proven experience being responsible for all accounting operations in a large diverse business as well as being a dynamic and trusted people leader.
Responsibilities :
- Provide financial statement reports every month, including variance analysis
- Plan the company’s accounting strategy appropriately according to the company business strategy
- Manage and lead the Accounting team to ensure efficient operational activities in the accounting process
- Maintain business processes to ensure financial growth
- Oversee and maintain daily accounting operations
- Managing cost efficiency
- Monitoring Intercompany loans
- Monitoring accounts receivable
Requirements :
- Bachelors degree in Accounting
- At least 5 years experience as an Accounting Manager Accounting Assistant Manager
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in accounting software (Xero)
- Experience leading a team of more than 3 people
- High attention to detail
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Experience working across organisations, collaborating with heads of operations
